For Mindful Eating and Weight Loss

Are you ready to jumpstart your health goals for 2019?
And we're not talking about a juice cleanse, we like food over here.
Maybe you already know what you should be doing but just need your subconscious to get on board?
We've got you covered!
In this interactive and fun workshop, we'll start with a quick mindful eating meditation and vigorous yoga flow lead by Danielle Diamond to stimulate your metabolism, detox your system and increase your "being present" factor in all areas- including on your plate.
Yoga will be followed by a hypnosis session with hypnotherapist Rachel DeAlto, while in an extended 45-minute savasana.
Hypnosis is simply meditation with a goal attached. You'll be guided into a relaxed state where you will be able to reprogram your subconscious mind to make better food choices, release cravings and inspire regular exercise that you love. ( Ahem, like doing XenStrength yoga)
The session will wrap up with a Q&A with Danielle and Rachel to help further guide you.

Rachel DeAlto is a relationship expert, coach, television host, motivational speaker, author, and spokesperson.
Rachel knows that there is no greater way to grow and learn, than through love and relationships. Her work as a relationship expert is dedicated to helping relationships in all forms become healthier and happier.
Rachel is also a former attorney, mother of two and most well known for her role as an expert on Lifetime’s "Married at First Sight". Her ability to relate while being candid, unfiltered, honest and warm has made her a fan favorite.

Functional Movement and Strengthening through YOGA
6-week session starting February 20th
Incorporating yoga into sports training has been proven to increase strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, core stability, and recovery-and decrease injuries. Plus, research has shown that combining sports visualization with practice, improves performance more than practice alone.
Whether you're a football, lax. soccer, basketball, or hockey player, everything you'll learn in this class will help to keep you flexible and strong during your season and beyond.
Class meets on Wednesdays from 3-4:15

6 Sessions: $200/ includes foam roller to keep
*Obtain a personalized movement baseline with an initial 1:1 Functional Movement Screen
*1- 75 minute class per week focused on education and practice of improving your mobility, strength, balance, and
overall performance with daily activities and athletic performance
*Learn how to utilize props/tools to decrease pain and improve movement
*Learn what yoga poses can help keep you injury free during and off season
*Learn the most innovative concepts and techniques being used to improve stability and longevity of movement
*Learn about the guided visualization techniques that top athletes use to improve their performance
*Receive a follow-up screen to assess your improvement
