Get a total-body workout with heart-pumping cardio benefits from a non-stop flow plus an increased metabolism and strength from added weights. You’ll leave feeling flexible, strong and calm.
Integrate props to move deeper into the poses, plus increase your strength and stability in this traditional flow. A strong focus on alignment keeps you focused and lighthearted instruction keeps it fun. Leave feeling confident, empowered and centered.
Love your regular yoga flow but can’t get enough sculpting? This class delivers. A 30 minute creative vinyasa flow incorporates resistance bands and sliders, then you’ll get down for 30 minutes of strength moves utilizing all the props. A motivating, energizing, and fun way to get tight, flexible and calm.
A perfect balance to our strength based classes. This restorative class combines a slow, low to the ground flow with restorative poses and pranayama to help release and revive the mind, body and soul. Most importantly, you’ll learn to mind the gap between action and reaction that comes from practicing being present, and that is priceless!
Craving a traditional yoga flow with a side of yoga off the mat? This special saturday morning class is all that and bag of (kale) chips! Start with a quick dose of real life, accessible dharma, flow to a soulful soundtrack and wind up in a puddle of savasana bliss.
