Lisa is a personal trainer and group exercise instructor with a background in nutrition. She is certified by ACSM and holds additional certifications in trx, kettlebell and mat Pilates. She believes in listening to your body and finding a workout that you crave and makes you feel good!
“Sandy” is a native of Sea Girt, N.J., and has lived and traveled in many places throughout the world and in the U.S. At heart, she is a free spirit, with a great passion for travel, culture, and nature; especially the sun, beach, and ocean. Her love for yoga started when she was in transition back to New Jersey from living abroad in Costa Rica. When seeking for answers to guide her along her path, yoga helped her find like-minded people, and much needed inner work. Combining physical movement, breath, and spirituality was the perfect recipe that eventually became a career. She studied with Angela Boltz in Costa Rica, for first 200 hour YTT, and has over 200 hours of certifications and further education in AcroYoga, Kids Yoga, Restorative Yoga, S.U.P. Yoga, Anatomy/Postural Adjustments, and Reiki. She enjoys teaching in schools, studios, and facilities, bringing yoga to everyone. Sandy feels passionate about combining whole body strength training with yoga to prevent injury, better prepare the body for challenging asana, and promote bone density to age healthily. Her main focus of leading a class is to make sure everyone is benefiting no matter what their experience or age
Jenn graduated from Trenton State College with a degree in Corporate Fitness. She has been a certified personal trainer through American Council of Exercise for over 20 years. Completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training, yin yoga training, Level 1 with Baron Baptiste, Level 2 Baptiste training, kids yoga training, will be finishing her 300 hour yoga training early 2019 and continues to educate herself. She has enjoyed strength training and running her entire life and found yoga a few years ago. She fell in love with the practice. Yoga allowed her to connect with her body and breath in a way she never had before. It has forever changed her life. Her teaching style is fun, strong, motivating and alignment based. She has been training and teaching a healthy balanced lifestyle her entire life and shares her love and enthusiasm through her teachings. She believes life is balance. Training The Mind and Body As One is what she is know for.
