To cultivate both strength and peace of mind, surrounded by a community of people who love to roll out their mat as much as you do. With highly trained teachers, the most fun playlists, the latest props and coziest savasana blankets, we’ve thought of everything to make the hour you spend with us, the best of your day.
Our schedule includes a wide variety of strength based yoga classes to keep you engaged, but also a few that will allow you to let go and detach. They might not look like traditional yoga, but you’ll leave feeling just as blissed. Our classes are inclusive and accessible, no pressure to perform- it’s only yoga. : )

Studies have shown that the more variety in your workout routine, the faster you’ll see results, so experts recommend incorporating 5 key elements of fitness in every workout: aerobic exercise, flexibility training/yoga, strength training, core exercises and balance training are necessary. These 5 key training essentials are creatively applied in each Xen Strength Yoga class.* We added the mindfulness aspect because we believe it’s just as important.
We flow together to curated playlists with instruction from seasoned teachers that takes you to the next level, building both physical and mental strength all at once.
Xen Strength Studio Classes
Get a total-body workout with heart-pumping cardio benefits from a non-stop flow plus an increased metabolism and strength from added weights. You’ll leave feeling flexible, strong and calm.
Integrate props to move deeper into the poses, plus increase your strength and stability in this traditional flow. A strong focus on alignment keeps you focused and lighthearted instruction keeps it fun. Leave feeling confident, empowered and centered.
Love your regular yoga flow but can’t get enough sculpting? This class delivers. A 30 minute creative vinyasa flow incorporates resistance bands and sliders, then you’ll get down for 30 minutes of strength moves utilizing all the props. A motivating, energizing, and fun way to get tight, flexible and calm.
A perfect balance to our strength based classes. This restorative class combines a slow, low to the ground flow with restorative poses and pranayama to help release and revive the mind, body and soul. Most importantly, you’ll learn to mind the gap between action and reaction that comes from practicing being present, and that is priceless!
Craving a traditional yoga flow with a side of yoga off the mat? This special saturday morning class is all that and bag of (kale) chips! Start with a quick dose of real life, accessible dharma, flow to a soulful soundtrack and wind up in a puddle of savasana bliss.
Xen Strength Series Classes
Yoga 101 4 week series- Dying to be a card-carrying yogi but have no idea where to begin? This instructional series will teach you everything you need to get started. You’ll learn basic alignment principals in poses most likely to be seen in class, and learn how to connect your breath to stay focused in the present. Pranayama, meditation, and how to take your yoga off the mat will also be covered. You’ll finish feeling ready to take your practice to the next level in our regularly scheduled classes. Classes are 75 minutes
Intro to yoga with weights - Love yoga but have an aversion to the weight room? No problema, we’ve got you covered in this 90 minute intro class. You’ll learn the basics of combining light weights with traditional yoga poses so you can not only get flexible, but also build muscle and bone density- which are just as important.
Xen MVP - Got athletes? This series is for them.
Xen Teen - Girlpower alert. Got a teen looking to increase her confidence and learn how to navigate the sometimes awkward and dramafilled HS years? This class is for her. Through yoga on and off the mat she’ll leave feeling empowered and focused on staying present so one bad grade, insensitive friend or fight wtih her boyfriend won’t turn into ….. (girls 13-18)
