I’d never use the #thighgap hashtag when talking about a workout, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t work on keepin’ everything below my waist tight.
But I, like I’m assuming you, don’t have all day to spend at the gym using all the fancy machines that each specifically focus on one area of your lower body.
I’m more of a multi-tasker when it comes to working out, but I don’t feel like my regular vinyasa practice works anymore. Maybe because I’m closing in on 50……
So I created this new lower body XenSculpt workout combining some of my favorite moves that not only focus on tightening up your legs, but also your core and your upper body too.
It’s only ten minutes, so you can do it while the pasta water is boiling for dinner, or while your little one is taking a power nap.
