The Best 7 minute Yoga with Weights workout

I love doing long, sweaty, yoga with weights online videos, and I also love going on an hour bike ride by the ocean to get my heart pumping.

But there are days when I've got a gazillion things to do and the last thing I think I've got time for is a workout- you too?

I think we both know by now that any workout is better than no workout, so to help us both out I made this new video.

It's just 7 minutes, hits all the major muscles in the upper and lower body - plus some you might not have worked in a while.

Before you jump in the shower to go to work or while you're waiting for the pasta to boil for dinner, press play on this quick and effective yoga sculpt workout.

The benefits of doing yoga with weights are incredible because you not only get flexible from the yoga poses, but you build muscle from the strength training moves.

Plus, strength training will get your body tight, but research has also shown that consistent strength training improves body image and perceived physical appearance – no matter what the mirror shows. Doing yoga with weights online videos is a great way to pump up that confidence too, and you don't even need to leave the house!
