I’ve been practicing and teaching yoga for almost 20 years, but when I turned 40 I realized that my regular yoga practice wasn’t cutting it to stay flexible and strong.
So I picked up a light pair of weights, combined it into a creative flow, watched my body transform and created my Xen Strength Yoga with Weights method.
Now I’m not promising enlightenment here, I teach meditation and gratitude practices for that over HERE, but I do promise that this method will open up a whole new view of yoga for you, with the intention that you eventually incorporate all aspects of yoga on and off the mat into your life- so you can be the happiest, healthiest person you know!
