Your legs do a lot of the work in any yoga class, let alone a Xen Strength Yoga with Weights one, but this inner thigh focused flow will leave you shaking…. in a good way of course.
Doing this sequence while shooting I felt challenged, but I didn’t really notice how hard I worked until the next morning when I woke up and my feet hit the floor.
WHOA! I silently cursed my adductors that I’d clearly been neglecting, but then immediately wanted to do it again!
Ten minutes to tighter, stronger, inner thighs- right here!
