You know those days when you can barely drag yourself out of bed, let alone psyche yourself up to work out?
Yeah, I have them too!
But I know that no matter what, I always feel better after I convince myself to move my body at some point during the day, usually some form of my Xen Strength Yoga with Weights method.
And when I say convince myself, sometimes there are treats involved, usually of the dark chocolate kind- but it works.
You know the other thing that works? Not making myself actually stand up to exercise.
You feel me?
You will after you do this awesome video I made for you that doesn’t even ask you to get off your mat, no really, you can stay down on it the entire time.
And still get your heart pumpin’ and build muscle.
