Yoga and strength training that includes a variety of yoga poses such as lunges, planks, and downward-facing dog emphasizing core engagement, balance, and flexibility.
Biceps and Quads (38 MIn)
Strength training flow with bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, and lunges with a focus on biceps and quads, core engagement and balancing on the feet. Ends with stretching and a mantra on gratitude.
Quick Full Body (35 MIn)
Downward-facing dog, low lunge, plank, and warrior poses using weights for added resistance, focusing on arm and core strength. Dynamic movements like reverse flies, bicep curls, and tricep presses. Session ends with stretching and a brief meditation.

You’ll need a yoga mat, and a set of light weights, depending on your current status of strength. Just starting out? You’ll want to start with 2lb, work your way up to 3, then challenge yourself with 5 after a couple of weeks.
