Class Descriptions
CLASS 1 | Shoulders.Quads.Hips. (42 MIn)
This class starts off with Sun Salutations and then gives extra love to your quads and shoulders, with a ton of hip opening thrown in for good measure. It ends on your back with some core work and a stretch before meditation.
CLASS 2 | Hamstrings. Biceps. Glutes. (60 MIN)
This class is packed with full-body moves, but gives extra flexibility love to your hamstrings and strength love to your glutes and biceps. Both segments start with Sun Salutations and end with a stretch before the final mediation.
CLASS 3 | Quads. Glutes. Thighs. (52 MIN)
Each segment starts with a sun salutation warm up and the second segment ends with a meditation. Don’t hate me if you can’t get out of your chair the next day, it’s a lower body burner!
CLASS 4 | Multi-tasking Core and More (56 min)
Multi-tasking moves challenge you head to toe, but secretly work the core from every angle due to balancing and positioning your upper body in some poses. Engage, engage, engage. It ends with my favorite meditation!
CLASS 5 | Warrior Power (54 MIN)
Warrior focused! Can you find all 4 Warrior poses in this class? Help your students focus on the alignment in each while adding the upper body moves. Each segment starts with Sun Salutations and end with a stretch before the meditation.
CLASS 6 | Hips. Back. Shoulders. (50 MIn)
This class has tons of hip opening goodness and upper body moves that focus on your back and shoulders. Each segment starts with Sun Salutations and ends in a stretch - plus a meditation that everyone can use.
CLASS 7 | Triceps. Biceps. Butt. (48 MIn)
This class challenges you all over, but incorporates lower body moves to work your glutes and upper body moves at different angles to target your biceps and triceps. Both segments start with Sun Salutation variations and it all ends with a supine stretch and meditation.
CLASS 8 | Shoulders. Shoulders. Quads. (59 MIn)
Extra focus to your shoulders while your lower body builds strength in your quads. Both segments start with Sun Salutations and it all ends with a supine stretch and mediation on being present.
CLASS 9 | F.U.N Moves (58 MIn)
This class incorporates tons of fun variations on upper body moves to keep you on your toes and challenge your muscles from different angles. Both segments start with Sun Salutations and it all ends with some old-school glute work and a meditation on self-love.
CLASS 10 | Intro to Yoga Sculpt (50 MIn)
This class is a great introduction to yoga sculpt, but you’ll still be sweating. It moves slower, then starts with a quick intro on how to incorporate weights. It includes beginner variations on sun salutations, standing poses, and floor stretches then ends with a quick meditation.

Several of the classes here are part of my membership site, but if you're a teacher or want to go deeper into your practice, these come with class plans and a 30-page guide on how to incorporate these moves into your class along with breathing, alignment, and other tips for teaching or practicing.
You’ll need a yoga mat, and a set of light weights, depending on your current status of strength. Just starting out? You’ll want to start with 2lb, work your way up to 3, then challenge yourself with 5 after a couple of weeks.
